RAF - No Ordinary Job

The RAF was stuck with an old-fashioned image of middle-aged white men with twirly moustaches, but needed to talk to a younger audience if it was to fill the ranks with new recruits. So we repositioned the RAF to be more like a sports brand, creating a new tone of voice and visual language. Our campaign motivated young people from all walks of life to see the RAF as a modern, dynamic employer that could offer travel, excitement and friendship like no-one else.
